What is the ReStore?

The ReStore Home Supply Center offers new or gently used goods at greatly reduced prices. Our customers tell us that after just one visit they were hooked – they come back again and again because our merchandise changes daily.

Mesa County's ReStore currently covers all of our operating costs – things like building costs, salaries, utilities, and everything else needed to run the organization so that every cash dollar donated to our mission goes straight to building homes. Not only that, but the ReStore actively works to:

• Reduce waste in the landfill
• Reuse gently used goods
• Recycle scrap metal and other unsalable items (ask about our e-waste program)
• Rebuild Energy Star homes for God's people in need

Save on home furnishings, materials for home improvement, home decor items, seasonal items, and even the kitchen sink! Find one of-a-kind items that will become your very own treasures while having the assurance that your support builds Habitat's ministry.

Interested in Donating to the ReStore?

The ReStore will gladly pick up your donation for free inside Mesa County (some restrictions may apply). Call the ReStore at 263-0858 to schedule a pick up, or deliver your donation to the ReStore's east garage doors.

Because the items we receive are resold to fund Habitat's mission, or used for our operation in some way, we are unable to take:

• Hazardous materials like paints and solvents
• Used mattresses
• Broken or badly torn upholstered items
• Most computers or TVs made prior to 2005

If you have a question about your donation, just ask when you call to schedule your pick up. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer your questions.

Attention Loyal Donors:

There have been some recent changes in the Colorado State Donation tax law which will prevent us from being able to offer Colorado Enterprise Zone Tax Credits for individual/personal donors making an in-kind donation(cash donations still qualify) to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. You will still be able to write off the value of your donation on your federal taxes. We will continue to offer Enerprise Zone Tax Credits to commercial/business donors. Thank you for your understanding and continued donations. We couldn't build homes for families in need in your community without your generous support.
